1. Digital Goods Only

MCP Nexus sells exclusively digital services: subscription access to a SaaS platform. No physical products are sold or shipped.

2. Subscription Delivery

· Activation is automatic and instant upon successful payment. · Your plan tier (Pro / Enterprise) and monthly Nex quota update in real time on your Profile. · An email receipt is sent to your registered email address within 5 minutes. · Webhook callback from the payment provider triggers fulfillment; in the rare case of webhook failure (< 0.1%), our system reconciles every 5 minutes.

3. Monthly Quota Delivery

· Your monthly Nex quota is credited immediately once the subscription is active (typically < 30 seconds). · The balance is visible on your Profile dashboard. · An API Key (sk_live_...) is shown once at first generation; you can re-issue keys anytime from API Keys page.

4. Nexus Runner Download

· The Nexus Runner desktop installer is a free download from /download. · Installer is Windows 10 / 11 x64 only (~150 MB). · Skill packages (.ocskill) are downloaded on-demand inside Runner from the marketplace. · All packages are signed and encrypted with AES-256-GCM; the verification key is embedded in Runner.

5. Delivery Timeframe

· Subscription activation: instant (< 1 minute in 99.9% of cases) · Refund-triggered service termination: immediate; access revoked within 60 seconds of refund approval. · If you do not see your purchase reflected within 15 minutes, contact support immediately.

6. Delivery Failure

If a payment is captured but service is not delivered within 30 minutes: 1. Check your Profile → Orders page for transaction status. 2. Verify the email account associated with your purchase is reachable. 3. Contact us via our WeChat service account (mcp_nexus) with the transaction ID. In case of permanent fulfillment failure, a full refund is issued automatically without requiring a request.

7. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical goods. Customers do not need to provide a shipping address. No customs, duties, or shipping fees apply.
