1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MCP Nexus (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Services
MCP Nexus is an AI skill ecosystem offering 593 skills across six categories (data processing, content generation, engineering aids, business operations, research, and platform tooling). Users execute Skills via the Nexus Runner desktop application for local execution or via the web interface for cloud Skills. The Platform is maintained by a 7-Agent Harness Agents system that handles skill distribution, quality checks, and user support.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your API keys or access tokens with unauthorized parties. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Skills & Content
Skills available on the Platform are provided by MCP Nexus and third-party developers. We review submitted skills for security and quality but do not guarantee their fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing skill permissions before installation. Third-party skills are subject to their respective licenses.
5. Data Residency & Local Execution
Skills executed locally via Nexus Runner process data entirely on your device. No input data, intermediate results, or output files are transmitted to MCP Nexus servers during local execution. Skill packages (.ocskill) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and can only be decrypted by your licensed Nexus Runner instance. Cloud-executed skills may transmit data to our servers for processing; the specific data handled is described in each skill's documentation. You retain full ownership of all data processed by Skills, whether locally or in the cloud.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
The Platform uses Nex as its single billing unit, granted as a monthly quota. Three subscription tiers are offered: Free (200 Nex/month free quota, resets monthly), Pro (3,000 Nex/month), and Enterprise (unlimited* quota), billed monthly or yearly. Quota resets at the start of each month and does not carry over; upgrade your plan when you need more. Supported payment channels: PayPal (international credit/debit), WeChat Pay, and Alipay. Orders are fulfilled via webhook callbacks and an API Key is auto-issued upon payment success. Refunds are handled case-by-case; price changes are announced with 30 days' notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, and official Skills are the intellectual property of MCP Nexus. User-submitted content remains the property of its creator. By submitting a Skill, you grant MCP Nexus a license to distribute it through the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
9. Limitation of Liability
MCP Nexus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Skills execute locally on your machine; you are responsible for reviewing their behavior.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict-of-laws rules). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the People's Court of Baoshan District, Shanghai, which has exclusive jurisdiction. The operating entity, Shanghai Baoshan Yunshu AI Technology Studio, is a registered sole proprietorship in Shanghai, People's Republic of China (Unified Social Credit Code 92310113MAK94U0Q8C).
