Data Forge

4-node deterministic data cleaning pipeline (load/clean/dqc/render) for Excel, CSV, JSON. Removes duplicates, fills missing values, scores quality across 5 dimensions, and exports a clean table with issue drilldown. (Action Co-pilot: generates next-best-actions (actions.json), follow-up tasks and calendar reminders on top of the analysis — what to act on today.)

Data Merge

Batch merge Excel/CSV files with smart header analysis, advanced multi-row header config, fixed-cell extraction, cross-file deduplication (by column subset, keep first/last), SQLite storage, and export to Excel or CSV.

Quick answer

Data analysis and cleaning without writing SQL. MCP Nexus lets non-technical users clean, merge, filter and visualize data on Windows, cutting manual effort by a high share.

  • Clean, merge, filter and visualize data with no SQL required
  • Handles 10 data sources (Excel, CSV, JSON and more), up to one million rows per run
  • 20+ built-in cleaning rules that save a high share of manual work on average
  • One-click charts across 8 types: bar, line, pie and more
  • Data masking protects sensitive fields to meet compliance requirements
  • MCP Nexus runs the skill locally on Windows

What data analysis and cleaning is

Data analysis and cleaning is the step that turns raw data into usable information: removing duplicates, handling missing values, unifying formats, merging tables and filtering valid records. Traditional approaches rely on SQL or Python and carry a steep learning curve. MCP Nexus offers a graphical interface where users complete complex data work by dragging and configuring. Typical uses include cleaning e-commerce orders, merging customer data, tidying financial reports and filtering market-research data. No coding background is needed; a cleaning run takes a few minutes on average and cuts the error rate by a high share.

How it works

1Step 1
Step 1 Import the data source
Supports 10 formats including Excel, CSV, JSON and databases. Drag a file into the MCP Nexus window and it auto-detects column types and sample values. Each run handles up to one million rows, with import taking no more than a few seconds.
2Step 2
Step 2 Configure cleaning rules
Choose from 20+ built-in rules such as dedup, fill missing values, regex replace and type conversion. Every step previews the affected row count in real time. For example, removing duplicate rows cuts data volume by a high share on average, and filling missing values takes under a few minutes.
3Step 3
Step 3 Run and export
Run all rules with one click; processing 100k rows takes a few seconds on average. Results export to Excel, CSV or directly into visual charts. MCP Nexus runs entirely on Windows locally, so data never leaves the machine.

Real use cases

Case 1: Cleaning e-commerce order data
An e-commerce operator processes 5,000 orders daily; manual dedup and format unification took a few hours. With MCP Nexus, four rules (dedup, date formatting, amount rounding, address completion) cut processing time to a few minutes and dropped the error rate by a high share.
Saves a high share of time
Case 2: Merging and filtering customer data
Marketing needed to merge customer lists from a CRM and an email-subscription system, 30k records in all. Traditional VLOOKUP is error-prone. The MCP Nexus merge feature auto-matches fields and merges in a few seconds, then filters customers active in the last 3 months and generates a report in a few minutes.
Efficiency up by a high share
Case 3: Masking and visualizing financial data
Finance needed to mask reports containing ID numbers before sending them to auditors. The MCP Nexus masking feature replaces sensitive fields with one click in a few seconds. It then generates a monthly cost-trend chart with auto-flagged anomalies, shrinking the whole process from a few hours to a few minutes.
Saves a high share of manual effort
